In a dystopian future, human society has collapsed; but the underwater people of Atlantis have continued to progress and innovate. You play as a human spy, sent to the city of Neo Atlantis, in order to help humankind rebuild. Be warned, your actions may have unexpected consequences, both above and below the surface.
